Voices Forever enables customers to upload audio, biographical information, and optional media to create a personalized AI voice simulation of a loved one. This simulation may interact via voice calls and future technologies as available.
2. Payment & Subscription
A one-time setup fee and monthly subscription are required to use the service.
All payments are processed securely via PayPal.
Setup and first month’s subscription fees are non-refundable, regardless of service usage or emotional reaction.
Your subscription will automatically renew monthly until canceled.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
Upon cancellation, access to your AI memory will be discontinued at the end of your billing cycle.
AI memories may be deleted after a 30-day grace period unless you resume your subscription.
4. Refunds
No refunds will be issued for the setup fee or first month of service.
Ongoing subscription charges are non-refundable once billed.
5. User Content
You agree that all content (voice clips, bios, photos) submitted is legally yours to use and does not violate copyright, privacy, or consent laws.
Voices Forever is not responsible for the accuracy of the biographical content you provide.
6. Usage & Conduct
This service is not intended to replace professional counseling, therapy, or spiritual guidance.
Abusive or exploitative use of the service is strictly prohibited.
7. Disclaimer
AI simulations are not perfect replicas of real people and should not be treated as such.
Interactions may contain inaccuracies or emotional responses that vary based on input.
Voices Forever is not liable for emotional reactions to AI interactions.

We respect your privacy and will not share, sell, or use your submitted materials for any purpose outside of this service.
